Common questions
I can't sign in — what should I do?
Make sure you're using the email address your manager invited you with. If you forgot your password, tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a reset code. If your account was recently deactivated, you'll see a "Your account has been deactivated" screen — contact your manager to be reactivated.
The map isn't loading my territory.
First, confirm location permission is granted in iPhone Settings → Turf Lion → Location → Always. If your manager hasn't assigned you to a territory yet, the map will load empty — ask them to assign one in Settings → Territories on the web dashboard.
How do I subscribe or upgrade my plan?
Subscription billing is hosted on the web. From the mobile app, tap Settings → Billing, or visit turflion.com/billing directly. Plans range from $99/mo (Starter, up to 10 reps) to $999/mo (Fleet, up to 175 reps). Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required.
A rep on my team quit. How do I disable their account and reassign their leads?
Open the mobile app or web dashboard, go to Settings → Members, tap the rep, and choose Deactivate. Their access is revoked immediately and their seat is freed up. Then tap them again and pick Reassign their leads to transfer every lead they owned to another active rep — this is recorded in the audit trail.
How do I delete my account?
Tap Settings → Delete account at the bottom of the Settings screen. You'll be asked to type DELETE to confirm. This removes your Turf Lion account, your member record on your tenant, and your sign-in. If you're the owner of a tenant with other reps, you'll need to transfer ownership first (email support@turflion.com).
What devices does Turf Lion support?
Currently iPhone running iOS 15 or newer. iPad support is coming in v1.1. The web manager dashboard at turflion.com works in any modern desktop browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox).
How does the Smart Route AI work?
Smart Route uses your team's anonymized knock outcomes — time of day, day of week, and disposition results — to predict which homes are most likely to answer right now, and orders a walking route through your territory accordingly. Reps can opt out of contributing data in Settings → Fleet learning network at any time.
System status & downtime
If multiple features are failing at once (sign-in, map, or sync), there may be a platform-wide incident. Email support@turflion.com and we'll let you know whether it's a known issue and the estimated time to resolution. We post incident notes by reply.
